PLUNKY is HOT with Cold Heat, the newest CD by PLUNKY BRANCH is burning up the airwaves on the Michael Baisden Show and the group is burning up the stage. Under the Radar Documentary Richmond native J. Plunky Branch was recently interviewed on NPR about his ground breaking documentary Under The Radar - about Afro-Cuban Music.. We are sad to announce the passing of William D. McGee, Sr. of Chicago, Illinois. He is the father of trumpeter Bill McGee. The song GOLD BABY was composed in his honor and was the first single released off of the hit CD Chase The Sunset. Bill McGee, Sr. was a jazz fanatic, the First Black School Principal in the South Suburbs of Chicago, a retired school superintendent from chicago Heights, and a distinguished member of the Board of Trustees at Governors State University in University Park, Illinois.
